Main Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to identify their individual needs and develop targeted solutions.
* Manage the entire customer portfolio, including offer creation, contract negotiations, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
* Collaborate with internal project teams to implement customer-specific solutions within established parameters.
* Identify market potential and develop new business opportunities within the building solutions segment.
* Analyze data and utilize CRM systems to support sales process optimization and reporting.
* Provide leadership and coaching to team members to support ongoing development and goal achievement.

Requirements
* Completed university degree or technical/commercial training with relevant additional qualifications.
* Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
* Extensive professional experience in technical sales, preferably in the construction sector.
* Proven experience in project-related sales and team leadership.
* Strong market and customer orientation with solid experience in key account management and a proven track record in building up new customers.
* High level of technical expertise and experience in evaluating and implementing customer requirements.
* Self-starter with a high willingness to travel.
