Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Officer to oversee the corporate team, support various activities and prepare/review draft contracts.
* Oversee a team of five professionals.
* Support corporate activities including domiciliation and secretary services.
* Prepare and review draft contracts, corporate and compliance documents.
* Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for effective communication on client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate the work of the corporate team.
2. Ensure timely preparation and submission of annual accounts and other legal formalities.
3. Support Know Your Customer (KYC) and Risk-Based Examination (RBE) analyses and updating internal tools.
4. Follow up on the renewal of director and auditor mandates, as well as filing of necessary registers.
