Define, propose, and align the Own Brands assortment for domestic appliances and audio produtcs with country category teams in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Hungary, ensuring local market relevance
Present new products, promotions, and assortment changes to country teams, and oversee their implementation in local assortments
Identify growth opportunities and assortment gaps to expand Own Brands' market share, collaborating closely with country teams and Imtron Product Management
Organize, coordinate, and follow up on category and country workshops in close collaboration with Imtron Product Management and local teams; Support the setup and rollout of international, category-focused projects within assigned countries
Few years of professional experience in category management, product management, or key account management, ideally within the retail or consumer electronics sector; experience with private labels is a plus
Experience in White Goods (small and/or major domestic appliances) or Audio Products industry
Effective team player with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, combined with a hands-on approach
International work experience is an advantage
Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
