We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Manager to lead our End-to-End bid process, driving success in securing new business opportunities and contract renewals.
About the Role
* Lead the creation of high-quality key sales deliverables, including proposals, customer presentations, contract packs, and approval materials.
* Coordinate and scrutinize final contracts and proposals.
* Effectively manage the bid process from qualification to project handover.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for winning proposals. Identify and assess potential risks associated with bids, developing strategies to mitigate those risks.
Requirements
* Commercial, engineering, or information technology degree.
* Multiple years of bid-management professional experience, preferably in the data center colocation industry or with complex technical systems providers.
* High affinity for sales and proposal development, including strong understanding of and experience in drafting legal documents and commercial solutions contract terms.
* Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels.
* Ability to interpret complex and technically detailed opportunities, including contracts, technical requirements, and commercial models.
