You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
* Technical Leadership: You lead a team of project quality engineers within the scope of a demanding battery project
* Quality Planning (APQP): You are responsible for preventive quality planning throughout the entire product development process (PEP)
* Maturity Assurance: Monitoring of quality-related project milestones and preparation of series release (PPAP / VDA 2) according to the schedule
* Interface Management: You are the central contact person for customers and internal departments (development, project management, production) in all quality matters of the battery project.
* Problem Solving: Leading root cause analyses (8D methodology) for complex technical issues during the development phase
This is what you bring to us:
* Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering) or a comparable qualification
* Experience: Several years of professional experience in quality management in the automotive industry, ideally with a focus on high-voltage battery systems or power electronics
* Leadership skills: Initial experience in leading teams or as a senior quality engineer with strong assertiveness
* Method knowledge: In-depth knowledge of common automotive standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
* Languages: Fluent German skills in spoken and written form and English skills
* Soft skills: Analytical thinking, moderation skills, and a structured, solution-oriented working approach
