To support this journey, we are hiring a strategic and hands-on Chief Digital Officer (CDO) / Chief Information Officer (CIO) who brings not just systems knowledge, but vision, drive, and heart.
What this role is about:
This is not just an IT job it is a key leadership role shaping the future of our group.
Your mission:
* Build a modern, connected digital environment across all our companies
* Make processes simple, fast and smart — for recruiters, nurses, doctors and clients
* Use data to improve planning, matching, and compliance
* Lead a motivated IT team and build strong bridges across departments
Your key responsibilities:
* Develop a clear digital and IT strategy within your first 90 days
* Improve our systems – from CRM and shift planning to fleet and finance tools
* Automate wherever possible – from job postings to reporting
* Build a strong, secure and scalable IT landscape, including ERP and data integration
* Select the right tools (e.g. Bullhorn, Zvoove) and ensure smooth daily operations
* Be a connector: talk to people at all levels and create real engagement
* Lead and inspire your IT team with clarity, empathy, and trust
Your profile:
You are a digital leader who knows how to get things done — not just talk strategy, but really implement it. You simplify the complex. You love building what is not yet there. You understand how people work — and how to build systems that support them.
Ideally, you bring:
* Experience in digital transformation, ideally in staffing, healthcare, or PE-backed firms
* Strong knowledge in system design, integration, and modern IT architecture
* A mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution
* The ability to lead with clarity and connect with people across the business
* Business understanding and curiosity about AI, automation, and what’s next
* Fluent German and strong English skills
