We are collaborating with a global law firm to recruit a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join their HR team in Luxembourg.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of payroll and personnel administration tasks with precision.
* Coordinate medical check-ups, manage health insurance affiliations, and process monthly payroll with meticulous attention to detail.
* Respond to payroll-related inquiries, manage absences, and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and the Finance department.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in ad hoc HR projects as needed.
