What you'll do
* Plan, implement, and execute ITSM processes in connectivity and Tech Security area to ensure high service quality and performance
* Manage the service catalogue and supplier’s SLA, tracking SLA performance and support technical team to handle incident and problem management
* Take ownership of asset and vulnerability management within the service scope, ensuring effective lifecycle management and alignment with technical and security requirements
* Oversee the implementation and management of IT service delivery processes, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure alignment with organizational goals and drive service excellence
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders will ensure IT services meet business needs and enhance user satisfaction.
Who you are
* Proven experience in IT service management, combined with a customer-focused mindset, enables you to manage IT services in complex environments
* A basic understanding of network, network security, and identity and access topics allows you to collaborate effectively with technical teams
* Strong collaboration skills help you work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
* A solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving, drives your commitment to continuous improvement
* Fluency in English at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken, is essential, and German skills are a plus
