Your Role
* You will drive sales growth and achieve key performance indicators within your assigned region.
* You will develop new business opportunities and secure orders from adjacent industries.
* You will prepare and negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts in close alignment with internal stakeholders.
* You will act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally.
* You will monitor market trends and competitors, sharing insights to support strategic decisions.
* You will maintain accurate customer data and documentation in our CRM system.
* You will represent us at trade shows and cross-functional meetings.
* You will collaborate with cross-functional global teams to execute regional strategy.
Your Qualifications
* You must hold a master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related engineering discipline, combined with 5+ years of proven success in technical sales.
* You must have a strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components.
* You must have demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* You must be fluent in English (additional skills in German a plus) and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures.
* You must be comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities.
