Your main missions will consist of piloting:
* Strategic customer relationship management. You will be the pillar of our success by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Market analysis. As an expert, you will identify new growth opportunities and propose innovative solutions adapted
* Contract discussion thanks to your negotiating skills
* Adapting and developing business strategies to maximize growth. Your creativity and business acumen will make the difference.
* Appropriate internal coordination. You will work closely with the different departments of the company to ensure a consistent and effective approach. Your ability to work in a team will be crucial.
* Monitoring your activity. You will analyze the performance of your accounts, the pipeline of your growth opportunities as well as your conversion rates in a search for continuous improvement.
Your profile:
* You have a diploma (BAC+5) with a focus on sales, technical sales, negotiation and customer relations
* You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position in the field of energy and/or research
* You have a real enthusiasm for the nuclear industry and an ambition to distinguish yourself in a commercial function
* You demonstrate leadership and communication and you have a resulting orientation
* You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good level of English and analytical skills
