Your tasks
5. Legal support for management and HR teams in individual, collective and tariff law of the chemical industry.
6. Creation of sample contracts, guidelines and customized solutions for day-to-day operations.
7. Independent negotiation and conclusion of company agreements with various employee representatives.
8. Representation of the group companies in all instances before labor, social and administrative courts.
9. Conception and implementation of employment law training courses for national and international HR stakeholders.
Your profile
10. Successfully completed second state examination in law with a clear focus on labor law.
11. Relevant professional experience in labor law, ideally gained in an industrial company or an employers' association.
12. A structured, solution-oriented approach combined with a strong service mentality.
13. Confident negotiation skills, strategic vision and high social competence in dealing with various committees.
14. Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
