For our division Product Creation at our location in Köln we are looking for a
Footwear Developer PU/EVA (m/f/d)
* Lead the development of EVA and PU (Direct Injected) footwear from initial design to production readiness
* Manage all technical development phases including planning, prototyping, 3D construction, and mold making
* Collaborate closely with internal design teams and product line managers during product development
* Coordinate with material suppliers and oversee 3D design and mold manufacturing processes
* Work directly with internal and external partners for tooling and mold production
* Ensure all products meet quality and production standards for mass manufacturing
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the footwear industry, especially with EVA and PU injected shoes
* Strong knowledge of footwear manufacturing methods, construction, materials, and mold-making
* Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
* A curious, product-driven spirit with a passion for technical development and production innovation
* Proficient with data management tools (preferably SAP) and MS Office
* Fluent in English, German is a plus
* Willingness to travel frequently
