Job Role Overview:
The Utility BESS Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales and business development of utility-scale energy storage products in Poland, the Baltic states, and the Nordic countries.
* Gaining an in-depth understanding of local power markets, grid policies, and energy project development processes is crucial to identifying, developing, and securing BESS business opportunities.
* Maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers in the region, including EPCs, project developers, utilities, and distributors, is essential to the role.
* Leading project commercial negotiations, tender processes, and contract signing are key responsibilities of the Utility BESS Sales Manager.
* Collaboration with the headquarters' solutions team is necessary to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
* Monitoring competitors and market trends, providing market insights and strategic recommendations for the region, is a critical aspect of the role.
* Supporting customer communication and after-sales coordination during project execution is also an important responsibility.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy, International Trade, or related fields is required.
* At least 3 years of sales experience in large-scale utility energy storage (BESS) or renewable energy is necessary.
* An established sales network or customer resources in Poland, the Baltic region, or Nordic countries is essential.
* Familiarity with local energy policies, power market mechanisms, and project development procedures is critical.
* Fluent English language skills with strong business communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities are required.
* Self-motivation, the ability to independently develop new markets, and a willingness to travel internationally are key qualities for this role.
* Proficiency in Chinese language is a significant advantage.
