Tasks & Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for managing and improving internal and external channels and user journey, ensuring timely and high‑quality content publishing. Provide strategic guidance to business teams on social copywriting, campaign planning and the most effective ways to reach their target audiences. Drive continuous enhancements in channel formats, templates, and visual presentation to increase attractiveness and engagement. Collaborate with corporate brand, press & media and other international communications teams to align all content with brand identity and audience needs. Implement audience engagement approaches across channels, including live interaction with social media followers in line with our messaging. Monitor and report on channel performance, including adverse events, and ensure timely responses to comments and questions. Support the development and publishing of multimedia content such as videos, podcasts, articles, and posts. Contribute to global engagement efforts during communication issues and crisis events, safeguarding corporate reputation. Requirements Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Several years of relevant experience in a communication environment (e.g., within Social Media, Journalism, Corporate Communications or Branding) with a focus on digital channels and social media engagement. Excellent knowledge of digital platforms, including websites, social media, and messaging tools; experience with Sprinklr is a plus. Experience in Community Management, Social Media Monitoring and Paid Social Media Management is desired. Proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively through digital channels and manage sensitive topics confidently. Innovative and creative mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and ability to anticipate trends. Excellent command of English as well as basic knowledge of German.
