Position: Senior BD Manager - Electric Drive Products (Overseas)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for conducting market research, demand analysis, and competitive analysis on new energy vehicles, powertrain assemblies, and core components for European local OEMs.
2. Responsible for the development and follow-up of leads and business opportunities for key European local clients, as well as the acquisition of project orders, business negotiations, and contract signing, while also overseeing the achievement of sales targets, revenue generation, and payment collection.
3. Responsible for investigating and analyzing overseas product and service demands, competitor status, and related information, compiling and organizing market research reports as planned.
4. Organize and carry out overseas market promotion activities, plan participation in major local exhibitions and forums in Europe, and enhance the company's local brand influence.
5. Based on the company's development and expansion goals for the European market, formulate a short-, medium-, and long-term market expansion strategy from an overall perspective.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in science, technology, engineering, or related fields, with priority given to candidates who have experience in powertrain product development, business operations, procurement, and key client development.
2. Possess at least 6 years of experience in sales, service, and management within the automotive industry (preferably in the new energy vehicle components sector), with proven sales and service experience in automotive OEM/Tier1 companies.
3. Proficient in traditional powertrain and electric drive industries, as well as the development processes of major clients, along with screening, bidding, and tendering rules. Candidates with extensive experience in client, project, and industry screening operations are preferred.
4. English as the working language, with at least proficiency in German or French.
5. Capable of independently handling relevant tasks, with strong communication and collaboration skills as well as a team-oriented spirit.
6. Possess strong customer communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
