Welcome to LPT Service Analytics team
In our Service Analytics team in the Liquid & Powder Technologies (LPT) Division - Service organization, we are responsible for leveraging the data and analytics technologies to provide transparency and uncover hidden opportunities for business growth and efficiency improvements.
Located in Denmark and China, we remain a tight-knit team through weekly check-ins and virtual teas. We also meet regularly once a year with the the cross-divisional Analytics & Pricing as a team to check in on projects, strategies etc.
Translate data into actionable insights
Based in Søborg, Denmark, or alternatively at another European location, you will be gathering and translating data into actionable insights—a key factor in successfully steering our service business.
You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements, developing operational service reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs), and to support the implementation of initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities and tasks will be:
1. Develop and maintain operational service reporting and KPIs related to commercial excellence, business growth, operational excellence, and more
2. Support Service Management team with analyzing service performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization
3. Generate comprehensive reports / dashboards and presentations that communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
4. Coordinate data collection process, and collaborate with IT department to improve user experience in using data analytics
5. Train and support users of data tools and systems on a global scale.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Data specialist with great communication skills
In this role, collaboration is the key to success, as you will contribute not only to the team but also to the decision-making of colleagues outside the team. It is not just about collecting and analyzing data – it is about communicating the findings, onboarding colleagues and influencing stakeholders across diverse functions and regions.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
6. Hold a degree in information management, data analytics, Economics, or similar
7. Have a few years of work experience as a business analyst
8. Are skilled in data management tools such as Advanced Excel, Alteryx, data visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, and automation tools such as Power Apps
9. Are familiar with ERP (SAP, MS Dynamics) and/or CRM (C4C) systems
10. Have a Team player mindset with ability to work in a fast-moving environment and the ability to prioritize and analyze complex matters (both numerical and verbal) and make logical conclusions
11. Have excellent communication and presentation skills
12. Are fluent in English – other languages are a plus.
