Clarification from the agency


U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation. Duties

* Serves as the Focal Point of online marketing. Ensures all contain displayed is up-to-date, accurate, accessible and conforms to regulatory requirements.
* Works to apply and implement website initiatives; evaluates requirements and advises on design capabilities and maintenance responsibilities.
* Assists in the production of marketing plans and materials. Communicates MWR program promotions and advertisements to the Installation population through flyers, posters, bulletin boards, calendar, emails, announcements and other media.
* Assists in the marketing and coordination of annual MWR special events.

Qualifications

* Practical knowledge of website maintenance and 1-3 years experience in marketing.

* Must possess organizational skills and be able to work quickly in a web-based environment.

* Must be able to work independently and in a team environment under pressure to meet project deadlines and specifics tasks.

* Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe CS4(Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign) is preferred as well as specialized education obtained in course work related to marketing, interactive communications or other related field.

Highly Preferred

* Experience with Social Media content and website maintenance to include scheduling, posting, and changing content, responding to questions.

* Experience with the production of marketing plans and materials, creation of flyers and banners.

PCS Costs

Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials

* Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
