Lead Field Sales Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic sales professional to lead our Field Sales team. As a seasoned manager, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of our regional and national sales efforts.
This is a critical position where you will have a direct impact on the business, working closely with senior leaders to drive sustainable growth, enhance the customer experience, and ensure operational excellence.
About this Role:
* You will oversee and inspire a team of over 50 Field Sales professionals in 6 teams across Germany, including direct reports from experienced team leads;
* You will ensure that team efforts align seamlessly with both local and national strategic goals. Provide ongoing training and development for the leadership team to encourage daily improvement.
* You will conduct periodic business reviews with the leadership team and the wider sales organization to assess performance and strategy alignment;
* You will identify and secure high-value partnerships and execute Local Hero Acquisition strategies in key cities;
* You will work closely with Sales Support and Account Management to provide a high-quality, consistent experience across all customer touchpoints;
* You will partner with Lead Management to supply the Field Sales teams with high-quality, conversion-ready leads and develop data-driven strategies to identify potential top-partners in every city;
* You will build strong relationships with Sales Steering and Operations to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies with global initiatives from usage of sales tools over reporting landscape up to sales material and incentive models;
* You will craft and implement territory-specific strategies to enhance the customer experience in line with national goals;
* You will collaborate closely with the Manager of Inside Sales to harmonise Field and Inside Sales activities.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of managing large teams and driving operational efficiency;
* Background of achieving ambitious goals in global matrix driven sales organisations, preferably in a B2B2C environment;
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments;
* Proficiency in sales operations software and tools, including CRM systems and data analytics platforms;
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
* Fluent in German and English;
* Based in Berlin.
