Aufgaben
* Take ownership of your own projects, drive them independently, and become our go-to person for specific topics.
* Actively support startup investment deals, from initial analysis all the way to execution.
* Conduct market analyses and research on startups and their environments, contributing your own entrepreneurial ideas.
* Assist in creating internal and external presentations, always bringing your innovative mindset to the table.
* Ensure transparent management reporting and compelling client documentation.
* Organize events and PR activities, showcasing both strategic thinking and a hands-on approach.
Qualifikation
* Excellent academic performance and a proven interest in startups and technology.
* Ideally, first practical experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (e.g., consulting, private equity/venture capital, or a VC-backed startup).
* A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to take on additional responsibility.
* Keen analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
* A genuine team player with excellent communication skills.
* Fluency in both German and English.
