Responsibilities
 * Provide Market Insights and Competitor Benchmarking in the area of responsibility.
 * Integrated internal and external resources (government, dealers), planned and developed the local channel network;
 * Formulated and strengthened annual/monthly business targets, developed localized marketing strategies and business policies, and continuously established and improved channel network effectiveness (achieved sales, profits, market share, customer satisfaction and other indicators);
 * Focus on supply chain guarantee and dealers' operating status, taking into account brand building and service operation to ensure overall sound operation;
 * Ensure NPS Customer Satisfaction surveys are rolled out effectively and any Customer Feedback is treated with maximum priority.
 * Continue to pay attention to the risk of operating the whole link and operate in compliance.
 * Be GEELY ambassador and point of reference for all Sales Team in their Area of Responsibility.
Qualifications
 * Knowledge and skills: bachelor's degree, Excellent English & German language skills.
 * Work experience: 7 years or above Auto sales experience (dealer group or car brand company);
 * Value motivation: enjoy the sense of achievement under high pressure and pursue the achievement of goals;
 * Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills;
 * Other special additional conditions: market acumen, pioneering spirit, passion tenacity.
