Electrical Engineering Installation Manager

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineering Installation Manager who will strengthen our customers and our team with expertise, dedication and a fresh perspective on safety and efficiency.
Step Into the Role
In this role, you will have a dynamic and versatile position in which no two days are the same. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
* Drawing up and implementing electrical safety policies for our customers.
* Advising on and implementing maintenance, inspection and work plans, including drawing up switch plans.
* Analysing maintenance and inspection reports and determining follow-up actions.
* Advising on complex low-voltage and (optionally) high-voltage issues and implementing switching operations and electrical safety measures.
* Managing and maintaining electrical installations and operational installation responsibility at customer installations.
* Sharing knowledge within your own organisation and supporting internal audit processes.

* Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but the willingness to learn and develop yourself is paramount.
* Furthermore, you have at least a completed MBO-4 diploma, you function at HBO thinking and working level, a completed IV/WV training is an advantage, you have experience in the work as an Installation Manager and sufficient knowledge in the field of NEN 1010 and NEN 3140.
Your New Workplace
You will be part of a team where you will have a lot of freedom to determine your own schedule and directly contribute to securing installations and improving work processes. You will work in a hybrid manner between one of our offices, the customer's location and, if desired, from home.
