The Frankfurt Intermediaries team role is to promote Pictet AM ‘s services and products on the German market to professional clients. Your role will be to assure efficient and high-quality client service and support Sales Managers in their business development and client relationship management activities.
Your role
1. Day to day client relationship management and support for Sales Managers in Germany (both Intermediaries and Institutional).
2. Answer all queries regarding products, marketing commissions, orders, etc.
3. Periodic (monthly / quarterly/ semi-annual) reporting to clients.
4. Mass mailings management (Salesforce/ Pardot marketing campaigns), maintain efficient client product and country segmentation.
5. RfP management (workflow, coordination of answers and follow up on all RfP‘s) in collaboration with RfP team in Geneva/ London.
6. Contract management; handle all contracts from initiation to signature.
7. Advertising campaigns and coordinate with Marketing Managers.
8. Prepare client meetings in cooperation with Sales Managers.
9. Provide products comparison with Morningstar tools.
10. Coordination with marketing team and local marketing offices with regards to global and local initiatives.
11. Event management; design, plan and organize events in Germany in close collaboration with Marketing Managers.
12. Build up product and sales know-how; participate in our monthly sales conference calls and other Pictet AM updates.
Your profile
13. Abitur, School of Commerce or apprenticeship in BA (preferably banking).
14. Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position in the financial industry.
15. Good knowledge of MS Office 365 (outlook, word, xls, ppt), Lotus Notes, Internet.
16. German mother tongue.
17. Excellent command of English (oral and written).
18. Good oral command of French would be a plus.
