Location – Hamburg, Leipzig (fully remote across Saxony)
We are seeking an experienced Project Developer to support the identification, acquisition, and development of open-space sites for utility-scale battery storage (BESS) and photovoltaic (PV) projects across Germany. In this role, you will manage projects from early-stage site scouting through permitting and preparation for construction, working closely with municipalities, landowners, technical experts, and external service providers.
Identify and secure suitable open-space sites for BESS and PV projects across Germany
Present projects at municipal level and lead public information events
Manage permit applications and support projects up to construction readiness
Minimum 3 years of experience in utility-scale project development for BESS, Wind and/or PV projects
Strong skills in MS Office (O365) ; experience with project management tools, GIS, or CAD is an advantage
Fluent German skills (written & spoken)
