Customer Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive business growth and expand our market presence with innovative solutions.
Your main responsibilities will be around proactively identifying potential customers, connecting with key decision-makers, and establishing strong business relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of tailored solutions for new clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for new customer acquisition
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base
* Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with potential clients
* Promote and sell our solutions to meet sales targets
* Collaborate with partners to deliver best-in-class solutions for new customers
* Negotiate terms and conditions to meet client and company needs
* Forecast and track key sales metrics
* Communicate progress of initiatives clearly and transparently
* Stay updated on market trends and customer needs to drive innovative sales strategies
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
* A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Technical understanding of software essential
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Fluent English skills plus business proficiency in other languages is a plus
