At GRAYOAK, you'll work in the Data & AI field, designing and implementing modern AI workflows and automation solutions based on Microsoft Azure. You'll translate business requirements into viable AI and workflow concepts and integrate them productively into existing data and process landscapes. In addition to hands-on implementation, you'll provide business leadership and technical responsibility for project teams, manage AI-related projects through all phases, and collaborate closely with data, cloud, and DevOps teams. From theory to practice – put your knowledge into action!
* Responsibility for the conception, implementation and further development of AI workflows based on Microsoft Azure
* Professional leadership and technical management of employees and project teams in the field of AI Workflow & Automation with management responsibility in agile project settings
* Hands-on implementation of AI and automation solutions, e.g.:
o Azure AI / Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry
o Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory
o Integration into existing data and process landscapes
* Translating technical requirements into viable AI and automation concepts
* Management of AI-related customer projects including planning, coordination and quality assurance
* Close collaboration with data, cloud, and DevOps teams
* Assessment of feasibility, benefits, risks and scalability of AI use cases
* Advising clients on AI architectures, governance, and responsible AI use.
* Support with presales activities, workshops and effort estimates
* Observing AI trends and Azure innovations and translating them into practical solutions
Your skills, your potential – that's what we're looking for!
* At least 4-5 years of professional experience in the field of AI, data, cloud, automation or software-related projects.
* Proven experience in the practical (hands-on) implementation of AI or automation solutions, ideally in cloud environments
* Very good understanding of cloud architectures, preferably Microsoft Azure
* Experience in the professional leadership, guidance, or technical management of employees or project teams
* Experience in managing projects and in collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary teams
* Ability to structure complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable AI workflows and solution designs.
* Confident demeanor, strong communication and moderation skills, and a structured, independent work style.
* Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
* Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, data science, mathematics or a comparable technical or business-technical degree program.
* The following are advantageous:
o Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, LLMs or Prompt Engineering
o Knowledge of Python, APIs, or workflow automation
o Experience in integrating AI solutions into existing data and process landscapes
o Basic understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible use of AI
o Experience in a consulting or presales environment
