Your responsibilities
* The Civil & Mechanical team is responsible for creating solutions for solar, wind, and battery storage projects from the conceptual design to execution across Europe.
* Create and review site engineering design for utility scale wind, solar and battery storage Projects (Focus but not limited to Civil & Mechanical topics)
* Deliver designs and optimization in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and industry practices
* Technical Due diligence and site investigation including cost and quantity estimations
* Structural analyse and foundation design (Wind, Solar and BESS)
* Defining and overseeing external engineering services, as well as scope of technical contract
* Be responsive to the needs of internal stakeholders and project requirements
* Provide feedback and contribute to continues improvement in all areas
Your profile
* Degree in civil engineering or similar (Advanced vocational qualifications and practical experienced is considered).
* At least three years of relevant work experience in Solar and/or Wind engineering (Civil)
* Experience in Foundation and crane pad design for wind turbine is preferred
* Member of a German chamber of engineers are prefered
* Profound Civil 3D and AutoCAD skills (others are helpful)
* Knowledge of Eurocode, IEC codes and industry practices
* Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proven track record of international work experience
* Willingness to travel internationally
