What you'll be doing
* Full circle sales responsibility, managing end-to-end process from outbound to final contract closing
* Effective management of internal and external stakeholders
* Strategic prospect planning by industry and ICP
* Strategic development of existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell potential
* Acquisition of new customers of various sizes and industries (depending on your experience level)
* Pitching the Staffbase vision to decision makers in Communication, HR and IT teams
* Representing Staffbase as an enthusiastic brand ambassador
* Close collaboration with marketing, customer success, renewal and product teams
* Contributing your own ideas and strategies
What you need to be successful
* Several years of experience in a B2B sales role ___ ideally in software/SaaS sales
* Strong outbound mentality and advanced pitching skills
* High emotional intelligence and strong ability to identify and understand customer needs
* Passion, humor and enthusiasm
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills and strong closing abilities
* Fluent German (C2) and business-proficient English skills
