Senior Business Analyst Position
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and harmonizing IT services and processes within one or more segments.
This position involves working closely with other experts to achieve common goals by:
* Conducting data analysis and implementing measurement tools to gain insights into customer experience
* Enhancing processes to be customer-centric and maximizing value for customers and the business
* Developing and implementing customer journey strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and defining product/service policies according to external regulations and risk/compliance guidelines
* Gaining comprehensive insight into the customer journey by tracking satisfaction, availability, costs/revenue, and process quality
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
* Managing diverse stakeholders with varying priorities
* Understanding customer perspectives, empathizing with their needs, and anticipating expectations
* Fluency in French and English
