Service Engineer Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to support our customer care operations.
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs of control systems and stage machinery at customer sites or remotely.
* Provide technical assistance to customers and partners in identifying and resolving issues with our C-A-T stage control systems, including lifts, turntables, stage wagons, and other equipment.
* Conduct thorough analysis and diagnosis of faults, propose improvements, and implement solutions.
* Offer after-hours support and coordination with internal teams for resolution and spare parts ordering.
Required Skills
* Ability to read and understand electrical circuit diagrams.
* Proficiency in detecting and solving problems in electrical circuits.
* Familiarity with network infrastructures and programming is desirable.
* Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office tools, are essential.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Logical thinking, prioritization, and root cause analysis abilities.
