Our client is a rapidly growing global e-commerce brand specializing in professional tools and equipment, operating in over 200 countries worldwide. As part of their strategic European expansion, they are seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Director (Country Manager) to build and scale their offline sales ecosystem in Germany.

This is a high-autonomy leadership role for someone eager to build a market from scratch, own full commercial strategy and execution, and grow into a General Manager position as the business expands.

Remote (Based in Germany)


Employment Type

Full-time (Local third-party agency contract – until local entity is established)

Chinese (Native – Mandatory), English (Fluent), German (Fluent)


Compensation

(60–70% base + 30–40% performance bonus) – Negotiable & Open


🚀 Key Responsibilities

📈 Develop and execute the offline sales and channel strategy for Germany
🤝 Build and manage dealer, distributor, and reseller networks
🛍️ Drive B2C channel development through offline and hybrid sales models
💡 Define go-to-market strategy, pricing, and brand positioning
🎯 Set sales targets, budgets, KPIs, and performance tracking systems
👥 Recruit, train, and lead a local sales team
🌐 Build strong partnerships with key local stakeholders
📊 Conduct market research and competitor analysis
🔄 Collect customer and channel feedback to support product optimization
🔗 Coordinate closely with HQ teams (product, supply chain, logistics, marketing)


✅ Must-See Requirements


Experience

📌 8+ years of experience in offline sales and channel development
📌 Strong background in tools, 3C electronics, mobile phones, or consumer electronics
📌 Solid B2C channel sales experience
📌 Minimum 3 years managing teams of 10+ people
📌 Proven track record of building and scaling local sales organizations


Industry Background (Highly Preferred)

📱 Mobile phones / smartphones
💻 3C electronics
🔧 Professional tools & equipment


Language & Profile

🇨🇳 Native Chinese speaker (mandatory)
🇬🇧 Fluent English (working level or above)
🇩🇪 Fluent German
🌍 Strong understanding of European local markets
🤝 Well-connected with distributors, dealers, and retail partners


Legal

📄 Must be legally eligible to work in Germany
