About the Role
As a Customer Expert, you will support HUK customers by handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
You will be part of a multicultural, fast-paced, and supportive environment.
Salary & Compensation
€1,450 gross monthly base salary
14 salary payments per year, including full Christmas and vacation bonuses
Performance bonus up to 10% of monthly gross salary
Training
Fully paid training (15–30 days)

Full-time (40 hours per week)
