Junior Operations Support Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Operations Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in various aspects of the organization, including facilities management, reception, and catering coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilities Management (50%): Ensure the smooth operation of workspaces, monitor security procedures, manage relationships with external service providers, oversee equipment and infrastructure maintenance, and suggest cost-effective solutions.
* Reception and Phone System Management (40%): Handle incoming and outgoing calls, direct calls to the appropriate person or department, greet visitors and clients, plan and organize meeting room bookings, prepare rooms, and ensure proper usage.
* Catering and Event Coordination (10%): Organize catering or reception services for meetings, events, or important visits, and develop innovative ideas for the events business.
Requirements:
* Education: A university degree in a relevant field such as hospitality, event management, or business administration is preferred.
* Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is required, with Dutch being an asset.
