Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in partner marketing and multi-channel marketing with enterprise software, infrastructure or platform-as-a-service technology brands. Ability to communicate in German and English fluently, to manage client relationships in the region. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Preferred qualifications: Experience working in a regional role and influencing executive stakeholders. Experience in project management, including designing project, execution, tracking and measurement. Experience in marketing with public sector customers and understanding of digital sovereignty concepts. Knowledge of cloud technologies, Google workspace, cloud business and channel ecosystem. As a Partner Marketing Manager you will be responsible for building and nurturing co-marketing relationships with some of the most strategic partners. You will craft and execute co-marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of Google Cloud solutions, including Google Workspace productivity and collaboration tools. You will shape strategy for new offerings with partners, develop Go-To-Market (GTM) messaging and create assets to help partners learn about the capabilities needed to engage the target audiences, gather customer and partner references, drive partner integration in Google-led campaigns, test and optimize new marketing programs, and work with partner management teams to build out an effective and scalable ecosystem. You will manage co-funding budgets, lead the partners into building scalable and productive demand generation programs while tailoring programs for target segments, including the public sector, and relevant audiences. Influence cross-functional stakeholders to integrate partners into the regional field marketing programming and activations in a thoughtful way, collaborate with the Partner Manager(s) for GTM activation and pipeline creation. Develop program timelines, project plans, and manage deliverables to ensure successful execution of programs. Build new opportunities for demand generation and partner mindshare via digital and third-party channels. Own program management and ROI for marketing funds, use data to draw insights, find business gaps and propose action plans to close gaps and achieve measurable targets.
