Are you looking for a new challenge in your sales or marketing career? As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Google Ads solutions to clients. Your goal will be to understand their needs and create customized marketing strategies that drive results.

* You will initiate outbound calls to engage with potential clients and promote our services.
* In order to achieve success, you must be able to understand client goals and develop effective marketing plans.
* You will design and execute PPC campaigns to deliver immediate results and sustainable growth.
* A key aspect of this role is driving additional ad spend and upselling relevant services to existing clients.
* You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM system.
* This position requires the ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone on a daily basis.


Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who has a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing or Communications) and fluent German and English language skills (C2 proficiency). In addition, we require at least 2 years' experience in sales or marketing, ideally in client-facing roles. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently deliver results.

* Skilled in managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM workflows.
* Comfortable leveraging AI tools to personalize client engagement.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
* Proactive, confident, and goal-oriented.
* Team player who can also work autonomously.
* Commercially minded with analytical skills to assess market trends and competitors.
* Committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.


German Market Expertise

We are looking for someone with deep understanding of German business practices and etiquette. This includes cultural awareness, strategic targeting, problem-solving, analytical thinking, relationship management, stakeholder navigation, digital marketing knowledge, advanced query handling, and compliance awareness.

* Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of GDPR and local data privacy requirements.
