Ihre Aufgaben:
* Perform goodwill impairment tests and other impairment assessments for tangible and intangible assets in accordance with IAS/IFRS
* Prepare company valuations for IFRS and statutory purposes following IDW S1/HFA RS 10
* Analyze the financial effects of M&A transactions and assess different deal structures
* Support M&A projects in the areas of financial reporting, accounting, and corporate finance (e.g., purchase price allocations)
* Contribute to financial due diligence processes and conduct comprehensive risk analyses
* Ensure compliance and governance standards, particularly regarding data management for group subsidiaries
* Support the optimization of the group structure while collaborating closely with Legal, Finance & Treasury, and Tax departments
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Degree in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on finance and/or accounting
* At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in business valuation, corporate finance, and financial accounting
* Strong analytical skills, highly structured working style, and solid problem-solving abilities
* Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience in managing cross-functional projects
* Clear and confident communication and presentation skills in both English and German
