【Key Responsibilities】
1. Lead the market introduction and launch of the brand in Germany in close alignment with global HQ.
2. Develop and execute brand and campaign strategies to build brand awareness, consideration, and trust from market entry onwards.
3. Plan, manage, and deliver integrated launch and ongoing marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, events, and PR channels.
4. Localize global brand narratives, messaging, and creative assets from Chinese HQ for German audiences.
5. Ensure consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards across all customer touchpoints.
6. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns on time and within budget.
7. Track campaign performance and brand KPIs, optimizing activities based on data-driven insights.
8. Support product launches and key brand milestones with compelling storytelling and creative execution.
【Key Requirements】
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Integrated marketing, ideally within the automotive, technology, or consumer electronics sector.
3. Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, events, and PR channels.
4. Strong understanding of brand building and market entry strategies, including brand positioning, storytelling, and customer engagement.
5. Experience localizing global brand strategies and creative assets for local markets.
6. Ability to manage agencies and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
7. Strong analytical skills with experience tracking campaign performance and optimizing activities based on data-driven insights.
8. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
9. Fluency in English and German required; Mandarin is an advantage.
