Tasks
* Be able to work 10-20 hours per week with 1 full day in the office
* Prepare bookkeeping and payroll (don’t worry, we have a tax advisor as well!)
* Maintain internal KPI tracking system
* Implement and optimise processes to enhance efficiency
* Organise team events and logistics
* Be the point of contact for all HR-related concerns
Requirements
* Reliable, process-minded and organised
* Strong organisational and administrative skills: Detail-oriented, dependable, and efficient with operational work
* Ability to handle recurring tasks reliably
* Good time management and self-organisation: Able to deliver without micromanagement
* Ability to communicate effectively with team members and externals
* Strong written and verbal communication in German & English
* 2 years of experience with admin or ops work
* Bonus: Knowledge of basic bookkeeping, grant documentation, HR processes
