Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for neurology and a proven track record in specialty pharmaceutical sales? We're looking for a
Key Account Manager (KAM)
to take full ownership of a key region, working at the forefront of customer engagement, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving the success of an innovative neurology portfolio by building meaningful partnerships with healthcare professionals and shaping access strategies at the local level.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Develop and execute strategic, insight-led account plans.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders.
* Deliver and exceed territory sales targets through tailored engagement.
* Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing to align efforts.
* Monitor market dynamics and adapt plans based on data and insights.
* Ensure compliant, ethical execution of all activities.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven success in specialty pharma sales (neurology or epilepsy experience is a plus).
* Strategic thinker with strong closing skills and customer focus.
* Confident communicator and skilled negotiator.
* Experience in cross-functional collaboration and account-based planning.
* Fluent in
German

English

* Life sciences degree (in line with §75 AMG).
* Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel within the region.
