Job Description
* Work with the Group Treasurer and Director Captive Finance to create and execute a roadmap for expanding our internal consumer finance offering across all Autohero markets.
* Develop actionable project plans to enter new markets, reflecting a strong understanding of competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, operational needs and credit risk for each market.
* Build relationships with external partners to build the best digital financing product
* Lead and communicate new market entry projects across multiple internal stakeholders including in-market management, tech development, legal, finance and risk.
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree from a top-tier university in business, finance, economics or similar or equivalent bank training
* At least 3 years relevant work experience in fintech start-ups or financial services
* Strong results/goal orientation, a willingness to evolve and problem solve, initiativ, a passion to "make things happen"
* Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and project management, experience with VBA and Redash are beneficial
* Fluent communicator in English and one other language
