Your Responsibilities
* Lead CBM (Condition-Based Maintenance) system installations and upgrades onboard ships
* Support ship teams with CBM queries, system calibrations, and repairs
* Manage CBM equipment projects and deliver training remotely or onboard
* Promote CBM practices and company values to technical teams
* Analyse vibration data and maintenance reports to identify issues and support warranty cases.
* Review third-party monitoring reports and conduct root cause analysis on failures
* Collaborate with technical teams to enhance maintenance strategies and contribute to RCM/FMEA effort
Your Profile
* Master in Engineering or technical field
* Certified VA CAT II Intermediate Vibration Analyst (required)
* 3+ years' experience with rotating equipment and CBM strategies, ideally in maritime/cruise sectors
* 2+ years experience in predictive maintenance technologies and CBM software (e.g. Mimic, Emerson CSI)
* Skilled in vibration analysis, troubleshooting, and database setup
* Proficient in business software, project tools, and remote collaboration
* Strong communicator, with coaching/training ability across all crew levels
* Proactive, solutions-focused, able to work under pressure and across time zones
* Willing to travel frequently, including onboard ship visits
* Self-driven and autonomous way of working
* Business fluent English skills (English is our companys official language)
