Enterprise Sales Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager Enterprise SaaS Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-performing sales teams, owning key accounts, and driving growth through the development of strong value propositions.
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve sales targets.
* Own and manage strategic customer relationships with Fortune 500 companies in the Financial Services Industry.
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Collaborate across Solution Sales and Business Development teams to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
* Deliver accurate forecasting and ensure world-class account management practices.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 5 years of experience leading quota-carrying sales teams in SaaS software sales.
* 10+ years of direct software sales experience, preferably in complex enterprise-level sales cycles.
* Proven track record of success working with C-level stakeholders in the Financial Services Industry.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven ability to develop and grow high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and German.
