Technical Sales Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As the face of our technical expertise, you will conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value of our services to prospective customers.
* Act as a liaison for the sales team, providing expert product knowledge and technical consultation to potential clients.
* Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts based on their technical needs and future growth plans.
* Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of our data center services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their infrastructure needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician, Field Engineer, or similar role.
* Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the technology industry.
* Strong knowledge of data center best practices, including cabling standards, racking, and power distribution.
* Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting server hardware, networking equipment, and related components.
* Familiarity with network topologies, protocols, and concepts.
