Join our Corporate Business Services (CBS) team within the Group CFO organization as a Business Process Analyst P2P. In this role, you'll optimize and streamline global P2P processes, drive automation, and support strategic objectives through data analysis.
Location: Mannheim
Your Tasks
1. Enhance Purchase-to-pay (P2P) process efficiency and accuracy
2. Lead automation initiatives for PR/PO and Invoice workflows
3. Utilize data mining to identify process improvements, Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions
4. Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise on specific P2P processes
5. Monitor KPIs to assess process health and Report P2P metrics and outcomes to leadership
6. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Procurement teams to streamline P2P workflows
7. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
8. Deliver P2P process related trainings
9. Support system implementations and upgrades
Your Profile
10. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
11. 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or related processes
12. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and P2P tools
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
14. Lean Six Sigma and project management certifications are advantageous
15. Independent worker with effective global team collaboration
16. Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
17. Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach
18. Experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI) is a plus
