About the Role We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to support users of HBO Max streaming platforms. You will assist customers with technical issues, account and content inquiries, and subscription-related questions across multiple channels. This is a remote position, and all necessary equipment will be provided. Project: HBO Max Contract: Full-Time Location: Remote (only residents in Turkey) Languages Required: German C1, English B1 Shifts: Rotating shift schedule (5 days per week) Summer Shifts: 10:00-19:00, 13:00-22:00, 16:00-01:00 Winter Shifts: 11:00-20:00, 14:00-23:00, 17:00-02:00 Responsibilities Provide customer support through phone, email, chat and social media Assist customers with technical issues, account and content inquiries Follow internal processes and escale cases when needed Deliver service with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism Your Profile Fluent in German (C1) and English (B1) Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Computer literacy Turkish ID (must reside in Turkey) What We Offer Online 10-day onboarding training Net Salary: 30,000 TL Quality Bonus: 10% Meal Allowance (Pluxee Card): 4,500 TL Private Health Insurance: Maphre ÖSS Why Join Us?
