About the role:
As an Junis Business Analyst (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in ensuring our governance framework operates seamlessly. From managing high-quality data and facilitating cross-department collaboration to driving process improvements with tools like Jira and Confluence, your work will directly support operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
About your tasks:
* Process and validate IT data for monthly reports and audits while maintaining high standards of data quality.
* Collaborate with the IT governance team to develop concepts and roll out new governance initiatives.
* Document and enhance existing IT processes using Confluence for transparency and efficiency.
* Prepare impactful presentations and reports for IT management, ensuring key insights are clearly communicated.
* Coordinate regularly with internal IT departments and external partners to maintain alignment and ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain and manage IT governance processes using Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Confluence to streamline workflows.
* Conduct data analysis to identify risks and recommend opportunities for improvement.
About you:
* A completed professional education in the IT field or a comparable qualification.
* Experience in IT project management, governance principles like COBIT/ITIL, and IT process documentation is a great plus.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Jira, Excel, and Confluence .
* Good knowledge of German (B2 level) is essential.
