Position Description
You’ll support our Marketing Automation Manager and work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to:
• Assist in setting up and executing global marketing campaigns, such as webinars and events
• Test marketing emails, forms, and check campaign workflows in our marketing automation tool to ensure flawless execution
• Engage in selected marketing automation projects, for example help to improve our lead scoring models
• Work with cutting-edge tools like Eloqua, Salesforce and interactive dashboards to contribute to reporting and surface insights to improve future campaigns
Position Requirements
We don’t expect you to know everything — but curiosity, structure, and drive go a long way. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Marketing, Business, IT, Communication, Sciences, or similar)
• A well-organized and reliable approach to juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset — you’ll regularly engage with stakeholders across teams
• A genuine interest in marketing automation, data-driven marketing, and digital workflows
• Analytical thinking and a keen attention to detail
• Fluency in English
