Aufgaben
1. Unterstützung des Category-Development-Teams bei strategischen und operativen Aufgaben.
2. Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundendaten.
3. Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Management-Updates.
4. Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Category-Strategien.
5. Unterstützung bei internen Abstimmungen mit Vertrieb, Marketing und weiteren Schnittstellen.
6. Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Erstellung von Reportings.
7. Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Workshops und Meetings.
Profil
8. Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Strategie oder Vertrieb).
9. Analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
10. Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.
11. Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit.
12. Interesse an Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Category-Management-Themen.
13. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
14. Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z. B. Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit) von Vorteil.
