My Client is looking for a Director / Senior Manager, B2B Sales & Business Development, EU at a growing organization specializing in travel / sporting goods products (e.g., luggage, bags, etc.). This is a new role / headcount.
This is a REMOTELY based position (e.g., UK, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, etc.).
DETAILS :
1. Experience with luggage / bags products is not mandatory, but a background in similar product categories (e.g., apparel, fashion, accessories) is highly advantageous.
2. Must have strong sales / Business Development experience, including B2B relationships and connections with corporate accounts such as private brands, labels, and retailers across the EU, with the ability to secure orders for OEM / ODM brands and retailers.
3. Full P&L responsibility.
4. Geographic coverage: EU.
5. Must be hands-on.
6. Willing to grow, hire, and develop a team from scratch when appropriate; timing is flexible and depends on your initiative.
7. BUDGET: open to discussion based on experience, plus commission.
