In this key role, you will drive company-wide learning strategies, digital platforms, and competency frameworks – with a strong focus on tech-enabled solutions. As Senior Learning & Development Expert (m/f/d) at Exyte, you will help shape our global learning ecosystem and ensure our employees are ready to meet tomorrow's challenges.
Your tasks and responsibilities
* Develop and implement enterprise-wide learning strategies including governance and standards
* Introduce and evolve modern competency and skills frameworks
* Build and manage a global training portfolio in combination of in house program and external digital learning solutions e.g LinkedIn Learning
* Design state of the art learning experience on our existing SAP SuccessFactors LMS (Learning Management System)
* Conduct training needs analyses, identify skill gaps, and develop appropriate learning measures
* Several years of experience in international Learning & Development, ideally in a tech-driven environment
* Solid knowledge of digital learning solutions (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning) and modern learning methodologies
* Experience designing competency frameworks and instructional content
* Strategic mindset combined with hands-on mentality and strong project management skills
* Excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to make complex topics accessible to diverse audiences
