This position is limited to 12 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives
2. Steer the People Development Cycle in SuccessFactors (performance & goals, succession module)
3. Support in the defintion and development of system requirements with a strategic and process-oriented approach
4. Coordinate and collect business requirements and align with regional counterparts
5. Harmonize and prepare data for standard reports, including testing and quality assurance of existing reports
6. Collaborate on dashboard design by defining requirements and performing testing
7. Ensure standards and quality delivery of People Development Cycle
Your Qualifications
8. University Degree (or equivalent), preferably in area of Eduational Sciene, Human Resources, Information Technology, Communication Science, Psychology, Social Sciences or related field in learning development
9. Several years of professional experience in the areas of talent management, talent development, or learning, ideally in an international corporate environment
10. Advanced knowledge with SuccessFactors Modules Performance & Goals and Succession
11. High data affinity to create reporting as baseline for dashboards
12. High tool affinity and excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint is an advanteage
13. High communication competence and good presentation skills as well as organizational skills
14. Experience working in an international environment is beneficial but not mandator
15. Fluent English skills written and spoken
